LEASE DOCUMENT
This lease document is a testament to the agreement between Dina Jones of 45 West Harley Street, New England [henceforth referred to as the lessor] and Roberta Jenkins of 7th Appleton Square, New York [henceforth referred to the lessee] regarding the leasing of an apartment situated at 34B Bond Road, New York by the lessor. The lease deal is of the duration of five years starting from the 5th of June 2011 to the 5th of June 2016. The initial down payment of $100000 has been made by the lessee through cheque [number: 7346756]. The remaining monthly rent and other dues shall be paid by her accordingly.
The apartment is built on an area of 1300 square feet. No furnishings are being given as part of the leased apartment. Electricity and gas connection are already present. However, the lessee shall pay for these amenities during the course of the lease contract. Any damage caused to the property shall be atoned for by the lessee, if the damage occurs during the period of the lease. The apartment is to be used for family occupancy only and any breach of contact shall be penalized.

SURAT PERJANJIAN SEWA-MENYEWA
Dokumen sewa ini merupakan bukti perjanjian antara Dina Jones dari 45 Barat Harley Street, New England [sebagai lessor/orang yang menyewakan] dan Roberta Jenkins dari 7 Appleton Square, New York [sebagai lessee/penyewa] mengenai penyewaan sebuah apartemen terletak di Jalan Obligasi 34B, New York oleh lessor. Kesepakatan sewa memiliki durasi lima tahun terhitung sejak 5 Juni 2011 untuk tanggal 5 Juni 2016. Uang muka awal $ 100.000 telah dibuat oleh lessee melalui cek [nomor: 7346756]. Sewa bulanan yang tersisa dan pungutan lainnya harus dibayar oleh lessee.
Apartemen ini dibangun di atas lahan seluas 1300 meter persegi. Tidak ada perabotan yang diberikan sebagai bagian dari apartemen yang disewakan. Listrik dan sambungan gas sudah ada. Namun, penyewa akan membayar untuk semua fasilitas selama kontrak sewa. Setiap kerusakan yang disebabkan akan ditebus oleh penyewa, jika kerusakan terjadi selama periode sewa. Apartemen ini akan digunakan untuk hunian keluarga saja dan pelanggaran akan dikenakan sanksi.
