7. NONDISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION CONCERNING BUSINESS
Employee will not at any time, in any fashion, form, or manner, either directly or indirectly divulge, disclose, or communicate to any person, firm, or corporation in any manner whatsoever any information of any kind, nature, or description concerning any matters affecting or relating to the business of employer, including, without limitation, the names of any its customers, the prices it obtains or has obtained, or at which it sells or has sold its products, or any other information concerning the business of employer, its manner of operation, or its plans, processes, or other date of any kind, nature, or description without regard to whether any or all of the foregoing matters would be deemed confidential, material, or important. The parties hereby stipulate that, as between them, the foregoing matters are important, material, and confidential, and gravely affect the effective and successful conduct of the business of employer, and its good will, and that any breach of the terms of this section is a material breach of this agreement.
8. OPTION TO TERMINATE ON PERMANENT DISABILITY OF EMPLOYEE
Not withstanding anything in this agreement to the contrary, employer is hereby given the option to terminate this agreement in the event that during the term hereof employee shall become permanently disabled, as the term "permanently disabled" is hereinafter fixed and defined. Such option shall be exercised by employer giving notice to employee by registered mail, addressed to him in care of employer at the above stated address, or at such other address as employee shall designate in writing, of its intention to terminate this agreement on the last day ofthe month during which such notice is mailed. On the giving of such notice this agreement and the term hereof shall cease and come to an end on the last day of the month in which the notice is mailed, with the same force and effect as if such last day of the month were the date originally set forth as the termination date. For purposes of this agreement, employee shall be deemed to have become permanently disabled if, during any year of the term hereof, because of ill health, physical or mental disability, or for other causes beyond his control, he shall have been continuously unable or unwilling or have failed to perform his duties hereunder for thirty (30) consecutive days, or if, during anyyear of the term hereof, he shall have been unable or unwilling or havefailed to perform his duties for a total period of thirty (30) days,whether consecutive or not. For the purposes hereof, the term "any year of the term hereof" is defined to mean any period of 12 calendar months commencing on the first day of _____ and terminating on the last day of __________ of the following year during the term hereof.
9. DISCONTINUANCE OF BUSINESS AS TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
Anything herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding, in the eventthat employer shall discontinue operations at the premises mentioned above, then this agreement shall cease and terminate as of the last day of the month in which operations cease with the same force and effect as if such last day of the month were originally set forth as the termination date hereof.
10. EMPLOYEE'S COMMITMENTS BINDING ON EMPLOYER ONLY ON WRITTEN CONSENT
Employee shall not have the right to make any contracts or other commitments for or on behalf of employer without the written consent of employer
11. CONTRACT TERMS TO BE EXCLUSIVE
This written agreement contains the sole and entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes any and all other agreements between them. The parties acknowledge and agree that neither of them has made any representation with respect to the subject matter of this agreement or any representations inducing the execution and delivery hereof except such representations as are specifically set forth herein, and each party acknowledges that he or it has relied on his or its own judgment in entering into the agreement. The parties further acknowledge that anystatements or representations that may have heretofore been made byeither of them to the other are void and of no effect and that neitherof them has relied thereon in connection with his or its dealings withthe other.

Bersama ini kedua belah pihakmenyetujui bahwa diantara mereka hal tersebut diatas adalah penting, material dan rahasia dan dengan serius mempengaruhi perilaku efektif dan kesuksesan keberlangsungan bisnispihak pertama, itikad baik dan bahwa setiap pelanggaran syarat-syarat pada bagian ini dianggap sebagi pelanggaran yang pentingdalam perjanjian ini.
8. PILIHAN PEMUTUSAN PADA CACAT SEUMUR HIDUP PIHAK KEDUA
Tidak menahan apa pun dalam perjanjian ini atau sebaliknya, pihak pertama dengan ini memberikan pilihan untuk mengakhiri perjanjian ini dalam hal itu bahwa selama jangka waktu perjanjian ini, pihak kedua yang menjadi cacat seumur hidup, seperti istilah "cacat permanen" selanjutnya tetap dan didefinisikan. Pilihan tersebut harus dilaksanakan oleh pihak pertama dengan memberikan pemberitahuan kepada pihak kedua melalui surat tercatat, yang ditujukan kepadanya dalam perawatan dari pihak pertama di alamat yang tertera di atas, atau di alamat lain seperti pihak kedua harus menunjukan secara tertulis, mengenai keinginannya untuk mengakhiri perjanjian ini pada hari terakhir dalam sebulan dimana pemberitahuan tersebut dikirimkan. Dalam pemberian pemberitahuan ini, tersebut perjanjian ini dan istilah ini akan berhenti dan berakhir pada hari terakhir dari bulan dimana pemberitahuan tersebut dikirimkan, dengan gaya yang sama dan efek seolah-olah seperti hari terakhir pada sebulan adalah tanggal awal yang ditetapkan sebagai tanggal terminasi. 9. PEMUTUSAN BISNIS SEBAGAI PENGHENTIAN KERJA
Apa pun yang terkandung di sini yang bertentangan sekalipun, dalam hal pihak pertama akan menghentikan operasi di tempat yang disebutkan di atas, maka perjanjian ini akan berhenti dan diakhiri pada hari terakhir dari satu bulan di mana operasi dihentikan dengan kekuatan yang sama dan efek seolah-olah seperti hari terakhir di bulan tersebut awalnya ditetapkan sebagai tanggal berakhirnya perjanjian ini.
10. KOMITMEN PIHAK KEDUA MENGIKAT PIHAK PERTAMA HANYA DALAM PERSETUJUAN TERTULIS
Pihak kedua tidak memiliki hak untuk membuat kontrak atau komitmen lain untuk atau atas nama pihak pertama tanpa persetujuan tertulis dari pihak pertama.
11. SYARAT KONTRAK MENJADI EKSKLUSIF
Perjanjian tertulis ini berisi perjanjian tunggal dan perjanjian menyeluruh antara kedua belah pihak, dan penggantian dari sebagian atau keseuruhan dari perjanjian lain diantara mereka. Kedua belah pihak mengakui dan setuju bahwa dari mereka telah membuat setiap representasi sehubungan dengan subyek perjanjian ini atau pernyataan apapun yang mendorong terjadinya eksekusi dan pengiriman perjanjian ini kecuali representasi seperti secara spesifik yang mengatur di dalamnya, dan masing-masing pihak mengakui bahwa ia memiliki atau mengandalkan penilaian sendiri dalam memasuki perjanjian. Pihak kedua harus selalu setia, tekun dan sesuai dengan kemampuan , pengalaman dan bakat terbaiknay, melaksanakan seluruh tugas-tugasnya yang mungkin dibutuhkan darinya dengan mematuhi syrat-syarat yang tersurat dan tersirat dalam perjanjian ini yng dengan ini memuaskan pihak pertama. Tugas-tugas tersebut harus diterima dikantor yang disebutkan diatas ditempat-tempat lainnya sebaimana yang pihak pertama minta dengan itikad baik demi kepentingan, kebutuhan, usaha dan kesempatan yang dianjurkan oleh pihak pertama.
4. MASA JABATAN PEKERJAAN

SERVICE AGREEMENT DOCUMENT

Agreement is held between:
1. Woman’s Era Magazine (delegated as service provider)
2. Miss. Susanne Butler (delegated as customer)
The subscription to the service qualifies the rules and regulations integrated within the document and stands on the mutual agreement of the service provider and customer wherein the former promises to provide a door step service to the latter.
Outline of the service:
The service providing company will appoint its own officials to deliver a copy of the magazine to the customer’s house.
The service will be conducted every week, that is, 4 times per month, and the service period will be effectuated from 7th May, 2011 till 7th October, 2011.
The service will include couriers of special gifts dispatched from the office.
Conditions:
The subscription charges shall be paid within 4th April, 2011 in cheque by post or in person to the office headquarters which is located on 5, Gender Street, US.
The subscription charge per month is $50.00 and the magazine charge is $30.00 which amounts to $80.00 which shall have to be paid altogether. Thus the total fee is $480.00.

LEASE DOCUMENT
This lease document is a testament to the agreement between Dina Jones of 45 West Harley Street, New England [henceforth referred to as the lessor] and Roberta Jenkins of 7th Appleton Square, New York [henceforth referred to the lessee] regarding the leasing of an apartment situated at 34B Bond Road, New York by the lessor. The lease deal is of the duration of five years starting from the 5th of June 2011 to the 5th of June 2016. The initial down payment of $100000 has been made by the lessee through cheque [number: 7346756]. The remaining monthly rent and other dues shall be paid by her accordingly.
The apartment is built on an area of 1300 square feet. No furnishings are being given as part of the leased apartment. Electricity and gas connection are already present. However, the lessee shall pay for these amenities during the course of the lease contract. Any damage caused to the property shall be atoned for by the lessee, if the damage occurs during the period of the lease. The apartment is to be used for family occupancy only and any breach of contact shall be penalized.

SURAT PERJANJIAN SEWA-MENYEWA
Dokumen sewa ini merupakan bukti perjanjian antara Dina Jones dari 45 Barat Harley Street, New England [sebagai lessor/orang yang menyewakan] dan Roberta Jenkins dari 7 Appleton Square, New York [sebagai lessee/penyewa] mengenai penyewaan sebuah apartemen terletak di Jalan Obligasi 34B, New York oleh lessor. Kesepakatan sewa memiliki durasi lima tahun terhitung sejak 5 Juni 2011 untuk tanggal 5 Juni 2016. Uang muka awal $ 100.000 telah dibuat oleh lessee melalui cek [nomor: 7346756]. Sewa bulanan yang tersisa dan pungutan lainnya harus dibayar oleh lessee.
Apartemen ini dibangun di atas lahan seluas 1300 meter persegi. Tidak ada perabotan yang diberikan sebagai bagian dari apartemen yang disewakan. Listrik dan sambungan gas sudah ada. Namun, penyewa akan membayar untuk semua fasilitas selama kontrak sewa. Setiap kerusakan yang disebabkan akan ditebus oleh penyewa, jika kerusakan terjadi selama periode sewa. Apartemen ini akan digunakan untuk hunian keluarga saja dan pelanggaran akan dikenakan sanksi.

It prepares your spirit and your will, because there is one great truth on this planet: whoever you are, or whatever it is that you do, when you really want something, it's because that desire originated in the soul of the universe. It's your mission on earth."
(2) "Yes, or even search for treasure. The Soul of the World is nourished by people'shappiness. And also by unhappiness, envy, and jealousy. To realize one's destiny is a person's only real obligation. All things are one. "And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it."

This statement, which Melchizedek says to Santiago upon their first meeting, forms the foundation of the philosophy of The Alchemist. Essentially, Melchizedek says that dreams are not silly or selfish desires that should be ignored. Instead, they serve as the primary means by which people can get in touch with the mystical force that connects everything in the universe. He convinces Santiago that his nagging desire to visit the pyramids is actually a calling, and he sets Santiago on his journey of spiritual discovery. By associating seemingly selfish human desires with the soul of the universe, The Alchemist presents a form of spirituality that differs radically from traditional religions that espouse self-denial. Instead of practicing sympathy by identifying with and helping others, Santiago must focus on his own personal dreams.
This quote also introduces the concept of the soul of the universe, which characters refer to later in the novel as the Soul of the World. This entity becomes extremely important later in the book, as it is the spirit that Santiago must connect with in order to turn into the wind. The quote alludes to the idea that a person’s purpose in life centers on fulfilling one’s desires, a notion that also becomes important in the form of the Personal Legend. Although this quotation doesn’t mention these ideas by name, it lays the groundwork for Santiago’s and the reader’s later understanding of them.
According to Plato’s Cosmology: The Timaeus, the concept of the soul of the universe is the concept about the demiurge created air and water, and arranged all four elements proportionally: as fire is to air, air is to water; as air is to water, water is to earth. In the novel, the spirit that Santiago must connect with in order to turn into the wind, because the wind is the part of the four elements.
To create the Universe, the Demiourgos carried out a number of tasks, more or less simultaneously. He mixed the body of the Universe, using the four proto-elements of earth, air, fire and water, and agitated it ‘like a shaking machine’, thus causing the elements to become separated and purified. In this way, he formed the Sun, Moon, planets and stars, which he set in seven concentric bands around the Earth.
At the same time, the Demiourgos mixed the soul of the Universe, which he planted in the centre, in the Earth, and then extended outwards, thereby energising the Sun, Moon, planets and stars. Finally, he wrapped this soul-substance around the outside of the Universe so that it totally surrounded the sphere, and he set the sphere of the Universe spinning upon itself, round and round in a circular motion.
All of these things the Demiourgos created according to ‘a symphony of proportion’, employing Pythagorean mathematical relationships as the basis for cosmic order.
As discussed earlier, the whole visible Universe was a cipher for the invisible realm of the ‘other world’, personified by the Demiourgos, and the challenge for man was to decipher the riddle in order to pave the way for the return of his soul to unity with God.
